These Terms & Conditions apply to the s200 platform (www.s200.click) and all associated mobile applications and services. By using any s200 service, you are Terms & Conditions fully accepting.

S200 is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform built with Bangladeshi users in mind. Our core mission is to provide a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment.

These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version will prevail. That said, s200 always strives to keep the Bengali version fully accurate as well.

• These terms may be updated at any time and will take effect from the date of the change.
• S200 will send a notification to your registered email address for any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms do not apply to anyone under 18 — creating an account is strictly prohibited for minors.

To register at s200, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or incomplete details may result in your account being suspended at any time and your funds being forfeited.

Each user may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same individual or household are not permitted. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, s200 may request a National ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Keep your account password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

All major payment methods available in Bangladesh can be used to deposit at s200. Every transaction is secured with SSL encryption.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any such transactions may be cancelled.

• S200 never charges extra deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit fails, the amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
• S200 may place a hold on deposits without verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

Withdrawing money from s200 is quick and easy — just make sure you meet a few conditions first. KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. No withdrawal will be processed without verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Up to ৳ 5,00,000 can be withdrawn per day.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If fraud or irregularity is suspected, s200 may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

S200 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus. In case of any dispute regarding bonuses, s200's decision will be final.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit. A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

• Bonus funds are used before real money.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• S200 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• For free bet promotions, the original stake amount is deducted from any winnings.

All bets placed on s200 are subject to specific rules. Please familiarise yourself with these rules before betting, as confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final.
• S200 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the outcome will be determined in accordance with s200's guidelines.
• In live betting, network issues may cause bets to be delayed or cancelled.
• If a bet is confirmed after odds have changed, the updated odds will apply.

Separate detailed rules apply to each sport — including cricket, football, and badminton — and can be found in the s200 Help Center.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s200. If detected, your account will be immediately suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Participating in match fixing or result manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting any security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Registering under a false identity.

Any of the above violations may result in legal action. s200 is obligated to share relevant information with the appropriate authorities if required.

S200 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the reasons listed below. Where possible, the user will be notified by email prior to account closure.

• In the event of a terms violation.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure or responsible gaming tools).
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Any valid balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal.

S200 is committed to delivering the best possible service. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• S200 is not liable for any loss caused by internet disruptions or device issues.
• S200 is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment providers.
• Financial losses resulting from unforeseen technical errors fall under limited liability.
• Users are responsible for any losses resulting from leaving their own account credentials unsecured.
• S200 is not liable in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

S200 is not liable for any personal financial losses arising from a user's betting activity. Gambling and betting carry inherent risk — there is no guarantee of winning.

S200 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions reserves the right to make partial or full changes. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.

• All disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be referred to international arbitration.
• S200's decision on the interpretation and application of these terms shall be final.
